I realize I am no good at putting things together. That's why I trusted these 4 five-star reviews.
I started with a 45 minute session and it wasn't going together. So, I took a break and waited until I was more patient... in case that was the problem.
I just spent 2+ hours working on this and took it apart, patiently several times, and started over.
Until I realized I was NOT going to get the 2nd shelf to hold... I tried using different pieces (the black pieces that should hold the 2nd shelf), and I counted to make sure I was level -- several times (again). I even made sure that the 2nd shelf was at the splice, to make sure that I was level (even though these reviewers said that you didn't have to put the shelves equal distance, and could decide where you wanted each).
No matter what I did, the plastic holders would not hold the 2nd shelf. Sometimes 2 of them held. Sometimes 3 of them held. But at no point did FOUR of them hold. They slipped and the shelf was never level.
After 2+ hours, I gave up. Funny thing is that it is EASY to follow the directions, they just wouldn't hold.
This is going back and I do not plan to purchase this product or brand again.
It's too bad, I was really looking forward to the product since it was apparently high quality and strong.
I am very very disappointed.

This item came in perfect condition and was very simple to assemble. The quality was as good or better than the big box stores. The wheels are of high quality and should give you years of good service.

When this arrive my husband said a piece of junk from China.
We were both surprise. Made in USA. Excellent quality ! Will still be going strong in 20 years.
Easy to put togather, should be call "Hubby, I can do it by myself."
I'm using it without the handles and wheels.
It deserves more than 5 stars.
