The unit, purchased through Amazon, was received in a timely manner. It arrived with 1 damaged shelf and some really minor scratch marks; I believe all caused by the packing becoming loose in shipment. Relatively easy to assemble and install; obviously needs 2 people to install. The only problem I had with assembly was putting the top into place. I broke 4 plastic dowels due to the tightness of fit and my using to much force. Haven't contacted the company for a replacement shelf and possibly some new dowels, but am hoping they will at least replace the shelf. The unit is attractive and I would buy another unit from this company if they produced one with 1 less shelf and about 18 inches wider.
I did not give the unit a 5-star rating because I do not like the moldings used to finish the vertical walls/sides. These moldings extend beyond the width of the sidings which makes it impossible to use the full self width for easily accessible storage of CD's and DVD's. I would much prefer that the sides/separators not have any obstructions to interfere with storage accessiblity.

A couple of pieces were broken in shipment but were quickly replaced without question. The floating shelf was easy to assemble and hang. I did it without help from anyone.
