I have had these mugs for over 5 years and I am very happy with them. Over time several of them have broken or cracked and so I search high and wide for some replacements until I found them here. I use them for morning lattes and other hot drinks. I have put them in the dishwasher and microwave with no problems. The only tiny issue I have with them is that when they are put in the dishwasher upside down, some water does get to pool in the base of the glass with its shallow indentation so you need to wipe that out when unloading them from the dishwasher. These mugs are large and heavy and sturdy and weighs 20 oz and holds around 20 oz.

After buying my Adagio Teas 16-Ounce Ingenuitea Teapot and various loose teas I wanted to get a clear glass mug to enjoy my tea in. I settled on this mug which looks nice, has enough space to hold all the water I can fit in the teapot, and still has plenty of space to avoid spills. I haven't drop-tested them, but they are regularly microwaved to bring water to boiling and show no signs of cracking from the heat.
I ordered directly through their site which allowed me to specify how many I wanted. My first order was for four, very pleased with these glasses and ordering another six (four more for the house, two to go together with a gift of the aforementioned teapot.)
The only problem, as another reviewer mentioned, is that water pools in the bottoms when they are ran through the dishwasher. Very minor problem that doesn't detract from how great these mugs are.

I like to eat oatmeal or drink coffee and soup from my mugs. After I lost one of my Anchor-Hocking mugs to thermal shock (my fault) I needed six more mugs. These mugs are much larger than my other mugs. If you want a man-sized mug of coffee or soup, this is your mug!
The fit and finish is good, though there is a noticeable mold ridge on the handle side of the mug, which others have mentioned. The mugs are pretty much straight sided, meaning there is little curvature to the mugs. This means there is a lot of room in this glassware.
I haven't dropped one yet, so I can't vouch for the ruggedness of them, but so far I haven't had a problem with thermal cracking. Then again, I learned my lesson on my other mugs, so I haven't risked my mugs to experimentation.
Highly recommended, especially if you want a man-sized mug for lots of liquid. Better to have too much room than not enough, I suppose.
Four-and-one-half stars for the Almost Unbreakable 20 oz mugs.
Update: After having these mugs for months, they have become my favorite mugs. Yes, they are big, big, big, but that means they are versatile and useful for boiling water, heating hot chocolate, cooking soup, making broth, heating oatmeal, having ice cream, using for pudding, making coffee and tea, and a whole host of other things. They are safe to use in the microwave, and less subject to thermal shock.
I'm changing these to five stars indeed! Get these, you won't be disappointed!
