Item was not what I expected. The glaze had a couple of pits in the finish which made me worry it would not survive the oven. I have read reviews(not this company) on other items where the glaze popped off after being in the oven and I did not want to risk that happening. Color was darker than pictured. Item made in Portugal which was fine with me. Returned without using because of finish.

This is every bit as nice on the table as people said. I have baked a couple of casseroles in it now, and can report that it did a bang up job and cleaned up like a champ!

I am very pleased with this purchase. The dish feels and looks as if it will have a long life of service. The surface is smooth and appears well made. The size is that of a nice medium serving dish. Oven to table. The price I paid (under $10.) is unbelievable.
