I wanted to add a note since I didn't see this detailed:
This scale has multiple -- five -- activity settings. One of the major problems with most BF scales is you have two activity levels: you are either an athlete (working out 7+ hours a week), or a couch potato. I've never quite gotten that: I assume most people who want to know their body fat are working out to some degree... (When I'm not working out I definitely avoid the scale and I don't want to know my body fat!)

While still not as accurate as dunking, the five settings definitely let you calibrate the scale more closely.

I'd give this five stars but I'm not crazy about the look/size. But that's what you give up when you want all the bells and whistles (and it has every thing I want and then some). Plus, I found it for 1/3 the MSRP at a local brick and mortar.
