Love it!!
I ordered this just a little while ago - it arrived in Australia within about a week, and it still had enough charge in it to put together a large ikea expedit shelf and about 5 drawer/cupboard inserts!! It's very small, light weight, and easy to get into tricky corners, yet it feels really sturdy in your hands.. I dropped it a couple of times, and it is fine. I reckon it could take a fair bit of punishment, and for my needs, it had plenty of charge! (which is good, 'cos now I need to get an american adaptor to charge the thing in Australia!)

We use these in the assembly of machines. They are very powerful with excellent ergonomics. While the impact driver can make quite a racket on certain applications, with fasteners that require a lot of torque, it DRASTICALLY reduces operator fatigue as the torque transmitted to the hand, wrist and arm is a small fraction that would be required with a non impact tool. The driver is very nice and we found the clutch settings to be very repeatable as we verified some settings with precision instruments. All in all an excellent package but I think it would be good to get at least one extra battery. We will buy more for sure.

Like the first author, I tend to over-research my purchases as well... None of them are perfect for every project. I bought the refurb variety from CPO outlets (sold here for 127), which comes with a one year warranty.
I purchased this to replace my old kobalt brand li-ion screwdriver. Man, has technology improved...
As for the actual product. I've been quite happy. The battery life is great, the power is more than needed for around the house projects. But specifically, the reason I bought this over the Milwaukee M12 is size. I want something smaller, easier to use everyday. I'd say you won't be disappointed.
